Employment Requirements

Armed Security Officers

Have valid D and G license from FL Department of Agriculture, Division of Licensing

Unarmed Security Officers

Have valid D license from FL Department of Agriculture, Division of Licensing

General Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Must be willing to submit to a background check and pass drug test
Minimum 3 months prior experience in the security field
CPR and First Aid certification
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).

Maintain a professional image and has can-do-attitude
Alert and observant — proactively identifies and reports suspicious or unsafe activity
Team player — works well with others but can confidently manage a post alone
Disciplined and adaptable — follows post orders precisely and adjusts quickly in dynamic or high-pressure situations (large events, crowds)
Maintain working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations: respond appropriately to incidents, and emergency situations.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, visitors, and employees in a courteous and respectful manner.
Integrity-focused — operates with honesty, accountability, and respect at all times
