Erika, a prominent figure in the world of business and security, is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Owner at SecWorldWide & Associates. With a wealth of expertise spanning various industries worldwide, Erika has played an instrumental role in shaping SEC into the beacon of excellence it is today.
Erika's impressive international background is a testament to her versatility and adaptability. She has gained extensive experience in diverse industries and her professional journey has taken her across the USA, UK, Spain, and Germany.
In her capacity as CFO, Erika's strategic thinking, passion for providing 5-star-service, and knack for results have led to outstanding achievements. Her steadfast dedication to building up every aspect if the company (Accounting, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, Social Media presence, etc.) has set the stage for SEC to provide top-tier security services.
Outside of work, Erika embraces life with enthusiasm. She enjoys traveling, indulging in the great outdoors, exploring delicious Italian cuisines, and volunteering to give back to the community.
JUNIOR JOSEPH, VP
Sergeant Junior Joseph is an enlisted member of the United States Marine Corps and brings a distinguished background in both military and security operations. He holds a Criminal Justice degree from Florida Metropolitan University and a Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix, combining operational expertise with strategic leadership.
Sergeant Joseph served multiple combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, earning numerous commendations and medals in recognition of his exceptional performance, discipline, and dedication to mission success. As a member of Marine Corps First Reconnaissance, he operated in high-risk environments requiring advanced tactical skill, situational awareness, and decisive leadership. He is also a Certified Law Enforcement Instructor Trainer, further reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and training.
Throughout his career, Sergeant Joseph has provided executive close protection for a range of high-profile clients, including Shania Twain, Ally Brooke, and Justin Timberlake, delivering discreet, proactive, and highly professional security services.
At the local and operational level, Mr. Joseph oversees daily security operations for residential multifamily housing communities and leads event security projects, ensuring consistent service quality, team readiness, and client satisfaction across all engagements
THADDEUS T. JONES
Thaddeus serves as the Director of Event Security for SecWorldWide, bringing over 35 years of experience across law enforcement, military service, executive protection, and large-scale event security operations.
His career reflects a disciplined, operationally focused approach to safeguarding people, property, and complex event environments.
Mr. Jones served in the Florida Army National Guard and the United States Army and is a Retired Police Officer. His professional background includes providing Executive Protection for WWE and serving as a Senior Event Security Liaison with the Orange County Convention Center, where he supported security operations for high-attendance conventions, meetings, and special events.
In his role at SecWorldWide, Mr. Jones leads event security operations with an emphasis on risk mitigation, operational readiness, contractor coordination, and client liaison—ensuring security services are delivered with professionalism, accountability, and precision.
NORMA JOSEPH
Norma serves as Project Coordinator at SecWorldWide. She plays a key role in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. She is responsible for coordinating employee assignments and managing event security scheduling to ensure seamless operations and full coverage across all engagements.
Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Norma helps keep teams aligned and events running safely and efficiently.
